Emelia Grace Project

The Emelia Grace Project was inspired by a little girl whose short time on earth has effected so many.  She fought and fought to give her parents a few precious days with her.  Prior to her birth she was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 which is a rare birth defect.  They were unsure if she would be full term or even if she would survive birth.  Well, she did.  She spent her short life in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) with her mom and dad.  While there her church family felt the need to do something, but what can you do but pray.  There are no words to make it better so we decided to help her live on through this project.  We crochet, knit and quilt baby hats and blankets and donate them to local hospitals for their patients in the NICU. Donations of yarn or cash are welcome.
